Article The point of the cleanse and detox is to let your body rest and heal and purge itself from toxins. BUT you can workout if you choose. The way to do this is to increase your intake of lemonade by adding 3 more glasses. Working out burns calories and for the cleanse, you are extremely low cal so you have to be careful. By adding the lemonade, it will give you more calories/energy to workout.
