To perform a Tricep Pushdown w/ Rope, start by attaching the robe to the cable machine. Holding the rope with your palms facing each other at chest level, pull the rope down while keeping your elbows in and extending your arms. When you reach the end of the movement, your arms should be slightly bent. Slowly allow the robe to return to starting position.
