To perform the Kneeling Triceps Extension, start with the bar from the middle pulley with a narrow overhand grip. Face away from the machine with the bar over your head. Kneel at the bench, bend over and put your elbows on the bench. Your upper arms should be even with your shoulders. Extend your forearms forward until fully extended.
