To perform a Kickback, start with one side kneeling on the bench with your palm, knee and lower leg on the bench. Your other foot is flat on the floor. Hold the dumbbell in your other hand with your upper arm parallel to the floor. Extend your arm backward until it is straight. Repeat as desired then perform the exercise with your other side.
