To perform the Lateral Front Raise Opposite Hands, begin standing, holding a dumbbell in each hand with your arms at your sides. Simultaneously, extend your left arm in front of you and extend your right arm to the right. Your arms are parallel to the ground and at a 90 degree angle. Keeping your body straight, simultaneously rotate your arms to your left and then return to starting position. Repeat for opposite side.
