To perform Walking DB Lunges, start with feet spread apart hip wide, holding dumbbells at your sides. Step a big step forward with your left leg while keeping your back arched and your chest up. Your right knee should come close to the floor. Be sure to keep your left toes in front of your left knee at the bottom position. Next, pull yourself up using your left leg. Continue moving your right foot forward to do the lunge on your opposite side.
