To perform the Cable Leg Curls, begin by attaching the ankle cuff from the low pulley on the machine to your ankle. Grab the bar with both hands and step back with your other foot. Your elbows should remain straight. The attached foot is slightly off floor. By flexing your knee, pull the cable back until your knee is completely flexed. As you return, straighten your knee to your original position. Repeat with your other leg.
