Place dumbbell back on the ground, do another pushup, and then repeat with the other arm doing the row. Jump up with your feet near your hands as with a squat thrust. Next, push the dumbbells over your head. After that, Bring the dumbbells to waist height, then squat until you can rest them on the floor in front of your body. Jump back to pushup position.
