To perform the BarBell Dead lift, start with your feet flat and under the bar. Squat down and grasp the bar with an overhand grip with the hands about shoulder width apart. Lift the bar by extending hips and knees to full extension. Pull shoulders back at top of lift if rounded. Return and repeat.
