To perform Alt DB Thrusters, Take two dumbbells and hold them at shoulder height. Hold the dumbbells at the shoulders as you squat down. As you rise up, push one of the bells to the overhead until your elbow is in a locked position. Lower the dumbbell back to shoulder level and repeat with the alternate arm.
