To perform Swimming, start by imagining an access that runs down the center of your body from your chin to your chest. As you swim, your body should pivot along this axis. Keeping your legs straight, but flexible and your toes pointed outward, kick up and down with alternating feet. While you are doing this, move your arms in a windmill circular motion. When one arm is completely extended, the other arm should be back near the side of your body. With your hands flat, pull your extended arm through the water below your body. Lift your other arm out of the water and move it all the way forward as the first arm is pulling beneath you. Bend at the elbow and drag your fingertips along the surface of the water. Penetrate the water with your fingertips and completely extend the arm.
