To perform a One Arm Cable Curl, stand in front of the cable machine, with an underhand grip on the handle. Keep your body stationary with your elbow tucked in at your side, and eyes facing forwards as you slowly lift the handle up as far as possible. You should feel your bicep squeeze. Then slowly lower your arm back to the start position. Repeat as desired, and then work the other arm.
