To perform a Incline Dumb Bell Curl, set your incline bench for 45-60 degrees. With your arms hanging downward and straight, hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing in. Keeping your elbows to your sides, lift and rotate the dumbbels until your forearms are vertical an your palms face your shoulders. Lower to starting position and repeat.
