To perform a Hammer Curl, start with a dumbbell in each hand at your side with palms facing inward with your arms straight. Keeping your elbows at your sides, lift one dumbbell until your forearm is vertical. Your thumb should be facing your shoulder. Lower to original position and repeat with your other arm.
