To perform a Dumb Bell Row, start with your left knee and hand on a bench. With your right foot on the floor, Lean forward so that your back is parallel to the floor. Grab a dumbbell with your right, palm facing your body. Lift the dumbbell up and into the area around your outer rib cage. Return to the starting position.
