How To Enjoy Getting More Protein

A lot of people are looking for ways to boost the proteins they’re taking in every day. You’re about to get some tips for food to eat that is good tasting, put rich in the proteins you need. Beginning with the first meal of the day, which is also the most important, consider the cereals you eat. I want to get you to try a cereal called Ezekiel that can be purchased at the health food store.

Serve yourself half-a-cup of this and you’ll get an eight gram pack of proteins. Should you be one of those people who don’t want to eat your cereal as-is, you can get some Hemp-bliss to add to it. This gives you more proteins than before – a 13 gram helping to be exact and that’s assuming you don’t go back for more.

If you don’t want to eat cereal today, there’s no problem with that because you can get something else that is high in proteins too. Try getting yourself some oatmeal. You can cook it fast and it’s great news for your body.

Put some butter made from nuts in it if you want to enhance the way it tastes. The nuts will get you even higher protein levels than the oat meal does by itself.

When it comes to be time for lunch, eat a PBAJ except use a different kind of nutbutter and put it on some multigrained slices. You can easily get 11 grams of protein this way. Make a salad of blackbeans to use for your lunch alternative.

A prominent health-related publication has recommended blackbeans as the lowest cost way to get 10 grams of proteins in one pop.

Besides, there are a multitude of ways you can prepare these beans for eating. Check a good cook book for some suggestions.

For dinner, try some healthy, organic, spelt or even kamut-pasta to see if you can benefit from another eleven gram portion of protein. For snacking, give some nuts a good try for additional protein: almonds, pecans, etc.
